Dr. Feldman is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Medical School. He completed his training in psychiatry at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. He practiced psychiatry for over 20 years. Dr. Feldman owned out-patient head injury rehabilitation clinics around the country. For over 14 years Armin has consulted full-time to attorneys on all of their medical issues and questions. He has developed an entirely new kind of consulting approach. Dr. Feldman has trained over 600 physicians from all over the country during the past 11 years. Over 1,000 physicians have been to one of his conferences. All of Dr. Feldman’s consulting is pre-litigation/pre-trial and helps attorneys manage the medical aspects of cases, increase case value and save attorney time. Armin helps attorneys to help their clients to negotiate and settle cases and get the appropriate medical care the client needs. Armin does not participate in medical malpractice cases and does no expert witness work.

Dr. Tom Moore is a 1984 graduate of Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. Prior to attending medical school, Tom was a Naval Aviator flying fighter jets. After serving his active duty Tom completed his residency in Anesthesiology in 1994 and his fellowship in Neurosurgical Anesthesia in 1995 at the University of Florida. He currently works at the University of Alabama, School of Medicine. He has practiced there since 1995 and is a Professor of Anesthesiology and Neurological Surgery. Tom also serves as Director of Neurosurgical Anesthesia. Dr. Moore has acted as an Expert Witness for over twenty years and has practiced Medical/Legal Consulting on a part-time basis (40% time) for over five years in Birmingham, Alabama.

Mr. Ferris has over 30 years of experience as a personal injury lawyer. During that time he has successfully settled well over 3000 cases. Mr. Ferris grew up in Rockford, Illinois and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications as well as a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Illinois. He received his law degree from the University of Denver College of Law. John is a member of both the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations as well as a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. John has continued to further his passion for education by training, developing and running Leadership Programs for adults for over 25 years as a volunteer.
